Refund Policy

Warranty Coverage

  • ✔️ Our products come with a 2-day warranty for any factory defects.
  • ✔️ A valid mylidubai.ae invoice number is required to process any warranty claims.

Returns & Refunds

  • ✔️ You may request a refund or exchange within 2 days of your purchase. Any claims made after this period will not be accepted.
  • ✔️ Refunds or exchanges must be requested within 2 days of purchase. Claims submitted after this timeframe will be void.
  • ✔️ To qualify for a refund or return, the item must be returned in its original packaging.
  • ✔️ Returns are only accepted for:
    • 1. Products with factory defects
    • 2. Packaging errors

Refund Process

Once we receive your returned item, we will send you an email confirmation. After inspecting the item, we will notify you via email if your refund has been approved or denied. If approved, your refund will be processed through bank transfer or, in some cases, cash. If your request is denied, the item will be sent back to your original shipping address.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please send your exchange request to myorder@mylidubai.ae.
