• ✔️ Orders placed before 11pm in Dubai qualify for same-day delivery; otherwise, they will be delivered the next day.
• ✔️ Our delivery services are available 7 days a week, excluding public holidays.
• ✔️ We aim to ship your order by noon on the next business day. However, unforeseen circumstances such as emergencies or severe weather conditions may cause slight delays in shipment.
• ✔️ Customers can choose between Standard and Express delivery options. Additional fees for Express delivery will be clearly displayed during checkout based on the selected service.
• ✔️ No signature is required upon delivery. Please ensure someone is available to receive the items when they are delivered.
• ✔️ While we take every precaution to ensure the safe delivery of your items, we are not responsible for any lost or damaged items during the shipping process.
• ✔️ Pre-order items will have different delivery dates, which you can confirm by contacting our support team.
• ✔️ Please note that shipping addresses cannot be changed once the order is placed. We will ship to the address provided during the original order placement. Shipping fees are non-refundable, and the original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund, if applicable.
• ✔️ To receive your delivery, please present your Emirates ID/Passport and settle the total invoice amount with the courier.
• ✔️ Orders can only be placed by individuals over the age of 18. We do not condone underage orders, and any such orders will not be fulfilled and will be refunded.
